创伤性枢椎滑脱的临床诊治研究

摘　　要：目的分析研究颈前路椎体间植骨钢板内固定诒疗创伤性枢椎滑脱的临床效果。方法回顾性分析2009年4月至2011年4月期间在我院治疗的21例创伤性枢椎滑脱患者的临床资料。21例创伤性枢椎滑脱患者均行椎体复位、自体髂骨移植、颈前路钢板内固定治疗。结果平均手术时间85min,平均失血量137ml,平均住院时间10.5d。平均随访6～12个月,全部患者均获得复位与骨融合,颈椎高度、生理曲度获得重建,活动良好,无并发症。结论颈前路复位、植骨钢板内固定是治疗创伤性枢椎滑脱的有效方法,且手术创伤小,恢复快,值得临床推广。Objective To evaluate clinical effects of reduction,bone fusion and attterior cervical spine plate internal fixation on the treatment of traumatic spondylohsthesis of the axis（TSA）. Methods A retrospective analysis of clinical data was conducted in 21 patients with traumatic spondylolisthesis of the axis who were admitted in our hospital from April 2009 to April 2011,21 cases with TSA were treated with reduction, interhody fusion and anterior cervical spine plarc internal fixation of C2 - 3. Results Mean operation time was 85 mi- nutes,mean blood loss was 137 ml,mean hospital stay was 10. 5 days. The following up ranged from 6 to 12 months Cervical vertebra were completely reduced and fused in all patients. Both the height and the curvature of the cervical spine were reconstructed and the spine movement was maintained excellently. At the same time no complications were found. Conclusion The method of reduction, hone fusion and anterior cervical spine plate internal fixation is an effective for the treatment of TSA.
