摘　　要：人类发展历史表明:消耗高、资源浪费、污染环境的粗放型经济发展方式是制约目前甘肃省经济持续发展和生态环境持续恶化的主要原因和影响因素。借鉴经验,积极实施调整和优化经济结构、转变经济发展方式的经济社会综合变革,是我们主动适应新形势、实现经济可持续发展的必然选择。本文从人类转变经济发展方式的历史趋势出发,分析了甘肃省经济发展和资源开发利用的现状,并从转变经济发展方式的目的、手段、重点方向等方面提出了相应的对策建议。The human history has demonstrated that the extensive mode of economic development characterized by excessive consumption, wasteful use of resources and environmental pollution is the major factor of restricting the sustainable development of economy and worsening the ecological environment in Gansu Province. Therefore, in order to maintain the sustainable development of economy, we have to adapt to the new situation by taking comprehensive measures to adjust and optimize economic structure and transform the mode of economic development. Starting from the tendency to transform the mode of economic development, the paper analyzes the economic situation and the exploitation and utilization of resources in Gansu Province, and puts forward some suggestions of transforming the mode of economic development from some aspects such as the goal, the measures and the focus.
