质化研究与量化研究的范式差异及融合趋势——兼论在管理学界的应用

摘　　要：质化研究和量化研究作为两种不同的研究范式,均在管理学中得到广泛应用。以《管理世界》和《经济研究》刊发的二篇论文为例,比较两种范式在研究的主客体关系、认知解释模式、研究过程设计三个方面所存在的差异性,最后,指出了研究范式融合的三种具体模式。As two different methods, qualitative research and quantitative research have been used in the field of management science for a long time. Taking two published thesis in Management World and Economic Research, the paper analyses the methodological differences from three perspectives, including relationship between subjective and objective side, understanding mode , and design of research design. At last, the author points out three mixture modes combining qualitative research with quantitative research.
