摘 要:尖锐湿疣是由人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染所引起的良性上皮肿瘤,性接触是其主要传播途径之一。目前尚没有非常理想的治疗药物与技术,传统的激光、冷冻等创伤性治疗给患者带来痛苦,且复发率高,部分特殊部位无法对其治疗。光动力疗法是一门新兴的消融技术,并在2009年被正式列入美国疾病控制和预防中心(CDC)制定的"性病治疗指南"。近年来5-氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法治疗尖锐湿疣的疗效已获得了普遍的肯定。本文就光动力疗法在尖锐湿疣治疗中的应用进展进行综述。Condyloma acuminatum is a benign epithelial tumor caused by human papillomavirus(HPV) infection.Sexual contact is one of the main modes of transmission.There is currently neither ideal therapy nor technology for its treatment.Traditional laser,freezing and other invasive treatment bring suffering and high recurrence rate to the patient,and can not act on some of the special parts.Photodynamic therapy is a new ablation technique and was officially included in the STD treatment guidelines developed by the U.S.Centers for Disease Control and Prevention(CDC) in 2009.5-aminolevulinic acid photodynamic therapy for condyloma acuminatum has gained widespread recognition in recent years.Advances of photodynamic therapy in the treatment of condyloma acuminata will be reviewed in this paper.
