摘 要:研究昆明西山地区紫茎泽兰(Ageratina adenophora)、鬼针(Bidens)、牛膝菊(Galinsoga parviflora)、土牛膝(Achyranthes aspera)和荞(Buckwheat)根际土壤中解磷、解钾、固氮菌的培养特征,分析紫茎泽兰根际解磷、解钾、固氮菌有无特异性,以探索通过降低紫茎泽兰对生境资源利用的有效性进行防除的途径。结果为:对根际土壤中解磷菌、解钾菌和固氮菌数量进行比较,紫茎泽兰、鬼针、牛膝菊和荞无显著差异(P>0.05),且都与土牛膝存在显著差异(P<0.05);紫茎泽兰根际解磷、解钾菌的培养特征有特异性,而固氮菌培养特征无明显特异性;紫茎泽兰比其他植物根际土壤中的解钾菌生长能力强,而解磷菌的生长能力较弱。通过抑制根际特殊的解磷菌、解钾菌防治紫茎泽兰具有可能性。This paper studied cultivating characteristics of K-,P-releasing bacteria and nitrogen-fixing bacteria in the rhizospheric soil of Ageratina adenophora,Achyranthes aspera,Galinsoga parviflora,Buckwheat and Bidens at Xishan area in Kunming.The specificity of K-,P-releasing bacteria and nitrogen-fixing bacteria in Ageratina adenophora rhizospheric soil was analyzed to explore effective control measures to reduce the habitat resource utilization for Ageratina adenophora.Results show that there are no significant difference among Ageratina adenophora,Bidens,Galinsoga parviflora and Buckwheat(P0.05),but Achyranthes aspera has significant difference compared to other plants(P0.05).The K-and P-releasing bacterias exhibit unique cultivating characteristics,and there is no evident differences in nitrogen-fixing bacteria.The growth ability of the P-releasing bacteria is weak in its rhizospheric nutrient microorganisms.The K-releasing bacteria in Ageratina adenophora rhizosphere grow better than those in other plants.It is possible that Ageratina adenophora can be controlled by inhibit particular K-,P-releasing bacteria in their rhizospheric soil.
