摘　　要：进行政治体制改革,首要问题就是如何评价一个国家的政治体制。邓小平提出的评价政治体制的三条标准,从政治学研究的角度看,就是政治体制的合法性与有效性问题。只有在民主规则基础和有效性基础两方面都有较高水平的政治体制,才能保持长久的政治合法性。当代中国政治体制具有强大的合法性基础,但遭十年文革破坏面临了严重的合法性危机。改革开放的巨大成就扭转了政治体制的合法性危机,但一些深层次的问题并没有彻底解决。增强危机意识,深化政治体制改革是解决这一问题的根本出路。Reforms on political system rely on its evaluation. According to the three criteria by Deng Xiaoping, a political system possesses legitimacy and validity, the former of which bases on a high level of democracy. The Chinese political system suffers from the decade-long cultural revolution, and gets fixed through the opening and reforms. The writer claims that crisis awareness and further reforms of the political system may be the way out.
