摘  要:通过连续2 a对塌陷地土壤复垦,研究玉米不同生育期内不同施肥条件下土壤中全氮、微生物氮和可溶性有机氮含量的变化。结果表明,塌陷地复垦土壤的全氮、微生物氮和可溶性有机氮含量逐年增加。有机肥+无机肥(N+M)处理对提高土壤全氮效果最好,有机肥+无机肥(N+M)、有机肥+无机肥+菌肥(N+M+F)和有机肥(M)处理间的差异不显著;有机肥+无机肥+菌肥(N+M+F)处理对提高土壤微生物氮和可溶性有机氮含量效果最好。Through two successive years' reclamation to collapse soil,change of total soil nitrogen,microbial N and soluble organic N contents at various growing stages in various fertilization treatments were studied.The results showed that: the total soil N,microbial N and soluble organic N increased year by year;treatment of organic manure + inorganic fertilizer had the best effect to increase soil total N;there was no significant difference between treatments of organic manure + inorganic fertilizer or organic manure + inorganic fertilizer + fungus fertilizer compared with the treatment of orgainic N;organic manure + inorganic fertilizer + fungus fertilizer had the best effect to improve soil microbial N and water soluble organic N contents.
