摘 要:某小区设计为超大型半地下室,由于多方面原因,塔式起重机拆除困难。通过结构验算,明确了梁板加固方案,即用覫48×3.5钢管作为临时顶撑(间距0.6m×0.9m),上下用槽钢垫平后再用木塞塞紧,或用螺旋式可调托撑顶紧,保证了起重机行走和拆卸作业时主体结构的绝对安全;分析同类型结构施工时水平和垂直运输,为超大型半地下室的设计与施工提供了参考意见。A community dismantle the tower crane. adopts super-large semibasement.
