三相电力变压器高频传输特性研究

摘　　要：考虑高频下变压器寄生参数的影响,通过简单的RLC电路来描述三相整流变压器高频传输特性,并以此得出信号传输特性计算公式。通过变压器外部端口阻抗测量提取寄生电容,同时对绕组电阻及激磁参数进行了提取。测试结果与计算结果对比验证了该方法的正确性。Considering the effects of the stray distributed parameters in the high frequency, this paper proposes the simple RLC circuits to describe the high frequency transfer characteristic of the rectifier transformer.Accordingly,the calculation formula is obtained to work out the high frequency transfer characteristic.The stray capacitances are ex- tracted by the impedance measurements outside the ports of the transformer.The remaining exciting parameters and winding resistance are also extracted.The proposed method is confirmed by comparing the predicted characteristic with laboratory measurements.
