摘　　要：由于目前科技水平所限,糖尿病的发病机制仍未完全阐明。糖尿病动物模型作为人类糖尿病病理生理的最直观体现,至今仍是医学研究糖尿病发病机制、筛选糖尿病活性药物最常用、最直观的研究工具,选择适当的动物模型对于研究糖尿病及其并发症意义重大。因此,该文综述了目前国内外糖尿病研究中常用的动物模型。UP to now,it is still hard to elucidate the pathogenesis of diabetes mellitus （DM） fully with the limited current science and technology. As the most direct way to show human＇s pathogenesis development of DM,the animal models of DM are now widely used in many aspects of medical research. Choosing an appropriate animal model means a lot to the following study of DM. Therefore, this article reviews a number of animal models of DM commonly used according to the articles that have been published both inside country and abroad.
