高效液相色谱法测定金钱草颗粒中槲皮素含量

摘　　要：目的建立测定金钱草颗粒中槲皮素含量的高效液相色谱法。方法色谱柱为Phenomenex Prodigy ODS3 C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-0.4%磷酸溶液(50∶50),流速为1.0 mL/min,检测波长为360 nm,柱温为30℃。结果槲皮素质量浓度在10.4～104.0μg/mL范围内与峰面积呈良好线性关系(r=0.999 9),平均回收率为99.92%,RSD=1.07%(n=6)。结论该方法简便、准确、重复性好,可用于测定金钱草颗粒的含量。Objective To establish an HPLC method for determining the content of quercetin in Lysimachia Granules.Methods HPLC method was used.The column type wa s Phenomenex Prodigy ODS3（250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm）.The mobile phase was methanol0.4%phosphorous acid（50 ∶50）.The flow rate was 1 mL/min.The detective waveleng th was 360 nm and column tempreture was 30 ℃.Results The linear range of querce tin was 10.4-104.0 μg/mL（r=0.999 9）,the average recovery was 99.92%and the RS D was 1.07%（n=6）.Conclusion The method is simple and accurate,and can be used reliably for the quality control of Lysimachia Granules.
