摘　　要：目的 探讨CO_2激光加按摩整脊法综合治疗颈椎病的临床疗效。方法 将300例颈椎病患者随机分为两组,CO_2激光加按摩整脊治疗组(综合治疗组)150例,采用CO_2激光加按摩整脊法治疗;传统按摩整脊治疗组(对照组)150例,采用传统按摩整脊法治疗。结果 综合治疗组疗效明显优于对照组,经SPSS16.0软件包统计学分析,差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 CO_2激光加按摩整脊综合治疗颈椎病可明显提高临床疗效且疗效稳定。Objective To inquire into the curative effects of using CO_2 laser and chiropractic to treat cervical spondylosis.Methods 300 patients with cervical spondylosis were divided randomly into two groups.150 in the treatment group were given CO_2 laser and chiropractic treatment and another 150 in the control group were given traditional chiropractic treatment.Results The curative effects of the treatment group were clearly superior to those of the control group.With statistic analysis of SPSS 16.0,the difference was of first treated by CO_2 Laser accompanying massage treatment were much better than the other.Through the software SPSS 16.0 statistics analysis,the difference was of high statistic significance(P<0.01).Conclusion Using CO_2 laser and chiropractic to treat cervical spondylosis can increase greatly the curative effects with stability.
