摘　　要：分析了经济波动与技术创新的关系、全球金融危机呼唤新的科技革命的到来,指出抓住技术创新的机遇,中国经济才能在下一轮经济高涨中脱颖而出。This essay analyzes the relationship between economic fluctuation and technology innovation. global financial turmoil calls for the arrival of technology resolution. Evidently, Chinese economy will stand out boom only if the country grabs the opportunity of technology innovation.
