Relationship between diabetic nephropathy and angiotensin converting enzyme insertion/deletion polymorphism in Chinese Han population: A systematic review

摘  要:目的探讨中国汉族人T2DM患者ACE基因缺失型(DD型)基因多态性和DN的关系。方法采用Meta分析系统评价ACE DD基因型与DN的相关关系。使用Cochrane协作组提供的Revman5.0.23软件合并DD基因型频率统计量Peto OR值及其95%CI。结果共纳入29个符合条件的病例对照研究,DN组2295例,非DN对照组2197例。结果示Peto OR值1.93[95%CI(1.68,2.23)],合并统计值Z=9.06,P<0.01。敏感性分析提示该Meta分析结果较为可靠。漏斗图呈对称性分布,提示无明显的发表偏倚。结论中国汉族人DN与ACE插入/缺失多态性显著相关,ACE DD基因型是DN的危险因子。Objective To observe the association between the angiotensin converting enzyme insertion/deletion polymorphism and diabetic nephropathy in Chinese Han population with T2DM. Methods A systematic review and meta-analysis were performed to evalue the association of the ACE DD genotype and DN. Revman 5.0. 23 was employed for meta-analysis. Peto OR and 95% CI were analyzed. Results 29 eligible studies were selected in this systematic review, including 2295 patients with DN and 2197 diabetic patients without DN. The results of the meta-analysis showed that Peto OR= 1.93 (95% CI 1.68,2. 23), Z= 9. 06 (P〈0. 01). Sensitive analysis showed the results of this meta analysis were reliable. The funnel plot showed symmetry. Conclusions There is association between ACE gene I/D polymorphism and the diabetic nephropathy in type 2 Chinese diabetic patients. DD genotype may be one of risk factors of type 2 diabetic nephropathy in Han Chinese.
