摘　　要：逆向物流管理信息系统具有对信息的依赖性高、信息分布分散和信息产生主体多样、信息跟踪时间跨度大、信息记录属性多样、数据维护复杂等特点,基于物联网的逆向物流管理信息系统能使正、逆向物流真正首尾连接起来,形成一个完整的闭环物流系统,系统定期或不定期地对回流预测数据和再处理数据等进行数据挖掘,为设计、采购、制造以及客户服务等部门工作提供参考,以改进各自的业务,可形成一个不断改进的闭环供应链体系。同时,必须认识到,这种逆向物流管理信息系统在硬件技术、数据安全和权限管理、经济投入和内外管理方面还存在许多问题,需要在发展过程中逐步解决。Reverse logistics management information system is of the characteristics of high level of dependence, decentralized information, diversified information sources, large time span, diversified nature of information record and complicated data maintenance; and reverse logistics management information system based on internet of things can really link the logistics and reverse logistics, form a complete closed-loop supply chain, provide reference for such departments as design, purchase, manufacture and customer service. At the same time, we should aware that there are some problems with this system, which should be gradually solved in the process of development, in terms of hard ware technology, data safety and rights management, economic investment and internal and external management.
