摘 要:目的探讨换药时循环风消毒对烧伤病房空气质量的影响。方法设计试验组和对照组,试验组烧伤病房换药同时用循环风消毒机对空气进行现场试验,对换药前、后的病房空气进行细菌采样;对照组换药时,不进行循环风消毒,空气采样同试验组,分析两组菌落数变化。结果两组换药前菌落数比较,差异无统计学意义,换药后试验组菌落数为(111.0±42.9)CFU/m3,明显少于对照组的(997.4±220.0)CFU/m3,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组消毒后菌落数少于消毒前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),对照组换药后菌落数高于换药前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论烧伤病房换药时循环风持续消毒有利于改善空气质量。OBJECTIVE To investigate the impact of circulating wind disinfection on the air quality of burn unit during drug dressing.METHODS The experimental group and the control group were set up,the circulating wind disinfection machine was adopted to perform on-site test in the experimental group during the drug dressing;the bacterial sampling of the air in the wards was carried out before and after the drug dressing;the control group was without circulating air disinfection during drug dressing,the air sampling was as same as the experimental group did,the changes of the bacterial colonies were analyzed.RESULTS As compared with the bacterial colonies before the dressing,the difference was not statistically significant,the bacterial colonies of the experimental group after the dressing was(111.0±42.9) CFU/m3,significantly less than(997.4±220.0)CFU/m3 of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05);the bacterial colonies of the experimental group was less after the disinfection than before the disinfection,the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05),the bacterial colonies of the control group was more after the dressing than before the dressing,the difference was statistically significantly(P〈0.05).CONCLUSION Sustained circulating wind disinfection in burn unit during the dressing will help to improve the air quality.
