基层医院手工清洗复用器械的管理

摘　　要：目的对器械的清洗进行质量控制及规范化管理,降低医院的综合成本和医院感染的发生率。方法对复用器械经过清洗前的预处理,多酶清洗剂浸泡后流水下手工清洗,用毛刷或洁布去除黏附在器械上的污物,使用除锈剂,经过漂洗、终末漂洗、上光养护。结果通过肉眼目测法检测器械清洁、光亮、无污渍、功能完好,报废率由5.9%降至2.0%,器械使用寿命延长;复用器械规范化清洗后,使用科室满意度由50.0%升至99.0%。结论复用器械规范化清洗能降低器械报废率,提高使用科室满意度;专业清洗复用器械管理具有不可估量的社会效益与经济效益。OBJECTIVE To explore the quality control and standardized management of manual cleaning instruments to reduce overall costs and hospital infection incidence.METHODS After the pretreatment of reused instruments and manual cleaning soaked in multienzyme cleaning agents,brush or cloth was used to remove dirt adhered in the instruments by adopting rust remover to rinse and final rinse and glaze maintenance.RESULTS The instruments were clean,bright and stainless,excellent in function by observing with naked eye visual method;the scrapped rate decreased from 5.9% to 2.0%,and the service life was prolonged;after the standardized cleaning for the reused instruments,the satisfaction increased from 50.0% to 99.0%.CONCLUSION The standardized cleaning for the reused instruments can reduce the scrapped rate of the instruments and improve the satisfaction;management in professional cleaning reused instruments has immeasurable social and economic benefits.
