摘 要:目的探索一种高效、快速、安全、实用的清洗方法,以保证再生器械的灭菌质量。方法将临床手术科室使用≥2h的污染器械600件随机分为A、B、C 3个组,每组各200件;A组手工清洗;B组自动清洗机清洗;C组机洗前预浸泡;比较不同方法清洗后器械的洁净度和残留血的污染情况。结果 A组器械洁净度为87.0%,隐血阳性率为3.0%;B组器械洁净度为88.0%,隐血阳性率为4.0%;C组器械洁净度为99.0%,隐血阳性率为1.0%。结论在使用全自动喷淋式清洗消毒机前进行多酶预浸泡,能提高再生性医疗器械的清洗效果。OBJECTIVE To explore an effective,rapid,safe and practical cleaning method,so as to ensure the high quality of sterilization for reusable instruments in hospital supply center.METHODS Six hundred contaminated reusable instruments used for ≥2 h in clinical surgery department were divided into three groups randomly,i.e.group A,group B and group C(two hundred in each group).Group A received manual washing,group B received washing with automatic rinser,and group C received multi-enzyme solution soaking before washing with automatic rinser;the cleanliness of the instruments and the blood residue after cleaning with different methods were compared.RESULTS The cleanliness and occult blood positive rate in group A were 87.0% and 3.0%;the cleanliness and the occult blood positive rate in group B were 88.0% and 4.0%;the cleanliness and occult blood positive rate in the group C were 99.0% and 1.0%.CONCLUSION Presoaking with multi-enzyme solution before using automatic sprinkling cleaning machine can greatly improve the cleaning quality of the reusable medical instruments.
