摘  要:目的了解行为教育对基层医院母婴同室陪护人员手卫生依从性的影响。方法选择母婴同室陪护人员100人,随机分为对照组和试验组各50人,比较对照组和试验组陪护人员手卫生执行率及洗手方法正确率的变化。结果试验组陪护人员抱新生儿前、给新生儿喂奶前、给新生儿换尿片后、护理产妇后、接触病房周围环境后的洗手执行率分别为85.12%、82.69%、77.91%、63.53%、52.33%;明显高于对照组的23.81%、28.71%、41.33%、20.22%、22.22%,洗手方法正确率试验组为69.58%,明显高于对照组的7.56%;两组人员手卫生执行率及正确洗手方法执行率差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论加强陪护人员手卫生知识的宣传及行为教育是提高手卫生依从性的关键。OBJECTIVE To investigate influence of behavioral education on hand hygiene compliance of the accompany staff in mother-baby rooms of primary hospital. METHODS A total of 100 accompanying staff in mother-baby rooms were chosen and randomly divided into the control and experimental groups with 50 people in each group. The implementation rate of hand hygiene and the rate of correct hand washing of the two groups were compared. RESULTS The implementation rates of hand washing of the accompanying staff in the experimental group before holding newborns, before feeding the newborns, after changing diapers for newborns, after nursing the mothers, after exposure to the wards environment were 85.12%, 82.69%, 77.91%, 63.53%, and 52.33%, significantly higher than 23.81M, 28.71%, 41.33%, 20.22^, and 22.22% in the control group; the rate of correct washing hands in the experimental group was 69.58% which was significantly higher than 7.56% in the control group; the differences in the implementation rate of hand hygiene and the rate of correct hand washing were statistically significant (P〈0.01). CONCLUSION To strengthen the behavioral health education and the promotion of hand hygiene knowledge is crucial to the improvement of hand hygiene compliance.
