摘  要:目的探讨分析菌血症患者菌种的分布和阳性报警时间(TTP)的临床价值。方法对血培养阳性的461株病原菌进行菌种分布和TTP的比较分析。结果菌血症的菌种分布以肠杆菌科细菌和葡萄球菌属为主,两者之和>80.0%;各菌种TTP以肠杆菌科细菌较短、肠球菌属次之,假丝酵母菌属最长;除假丝酵母菌属和3株凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌外,所有细菌的TTP均<72h。结论肠杆菌科细菌、葡萄球菌属是菌血症的最重要病原菌;TTP对于判断菌种具有重要意义;对于非苛养菌的血培养报告时间建议缩短至72h。OBJECTIVE To analyze the distribution of pathogens and explore clinical significance of the alarm time for positive blood cultures in patients with bacteremia.METHODS The distribution and TTP of 461 strains of blood culture positive pathogens were compared.RESUL TS Enterobacteriaceae and Staphylococcus were the most common pathogenic bacteria in bacteremia,the sum of which accounted for more than 80%.Among all the species tested,the TTP of Enterobacteriaceae was the shortest,followed by Enterococcus,and Canidida was the longest.Except for the Canidida and 3 strains of coagulase-negative Staphylococcus,TTP of all the other pathogens was shorter than 72 hours.CONCLUSION Enterobacteriaceae and Staphylococcus are the most crucial pathogens in bacteremia;TTP is of great importance for the judgment of bacterial species.It is suggested that the report time of blood culture for non-fastidious bacteria should be shortened to 72 h.
