摘　　要：目前FTTH网络发展迅速,主要探讨规模化发展环境下,对于网络运营商而言,FTTH网络建设中的ODN建设和PON选型以及后期对运维人员的要求。Despite the rapid rate of FTTH development,the actual FTTH network construction in many areas is still in the construction of a kind of strategic situation,and compared with the traditional development for many years of XDSL network,the coverage of the breadth and depth still have large differences on.Although through a large number of technical accumulation and the network construction,but copper cable access to cable access is still revolutionary shift,many difficulties in real only after scale development to truly reflect.Large scale development environment,for network operator speaking,in the construction of network ODN construction and PON selection,and later to operation and maintenance personnel requirements need to review.
