关于真丝针织品干织工艺的探讨

摘　　要：随着大圆机真丝针织品的不断开发及缫丝厂制丝工艺的改进 ,真丝针织品的编织工艺逐渐由湿织改为干织。文中通过多项实验分析 ,认为真丝干织工艺在台车及大圆机上均可适用 ,但要求前道缫丝工艺要加强管理 ,生丝质量应达到 3A级 ,偏差在 1D以下 ,柔软性应适合针织要求 。Alongwiththedevelopmentoflargediametercircularsilkknitsandtheimprovementofsilkreelingmethodsusedin reelingmill,thedryknittingprocesshastakentheplaceofwetprocessgradually .Basedonsomeexperimentsandanaly sis ,itisholdthatthedryknittingprocessisfeasiblebothforlargediametercircularknittingmachineandloopwheelma chine .However ,there eling process must bestri ctly managed and the quality of raw silk must meet there quire ments of knitting ,such asagrade 3 Ayarn with propers of tness should be provided and the fineness deviation must be under 1D .
