南宁市壮族孕妇孕产期保健知识掌握情况和保健知识需求的分析

摘　　要：目的:了解南宁市壮族孕妇对孕产期保健知识掌握及需求情况。方法:采用自制问卷随机对2010年5月来该院孕妇学校听课的158位孕妇进行调查。结果:壮族孕妇对孕产期保健相关知识掌握情况60分以上的占94.30%,70分以上的占65.19%(总分为100分)。壮族孕妇获取孕产期保健知识的途径依次为医务人员、家人、朋友、同事、电视、互联网、报纸、杂志、宣传册等;最需要的知识依次为孕期营养、母婴保健、优生优育、心理保健、产后康复、急救、传染病防治、文体、环保、消防等知识。结论:壮族孕妇孕产期保健知识仍然缺乏,孕产期营养、优生优育、母婴保健、心理保健、产后康复等知识的需求量大,孕产期健康教育工作有待加强。Objective： To understand grasp and demand conditions of maternal health knowledge of pregnant women of Zhuang nationality in Nanning city. Methods： A self-designed questionnaire was adopted to investigate 158 pregnant women who went to school for pregnant women in May 2010 randomly. Results： The proportion of pregnant women whose score of grasp of maternal health care related knowledge was more than 60 accounted for 94. 30% , and the proportion of pregnant women whose score of grasp of maternal health care relat- ed knowledge was more than 70 accounted for 65. 19% （the total score： 100） . The ways to obtain maternal health care knowledge for preg- nant women of Zhuang nationality were medical staff, family members, friends, colleagues, television, network, newspapers, magazines, and brochures in sequence; the knowledge they needed most were maternal nutrition, maternal and infantile health care, eugenics, mental health, postpartum rehabilitation, first aid, prevention and treatment of infectious diseases, cultuce and sports, environmental protection, fire fighting in sequence. Conclusion： The pregnant women of Zhuang nationality still lack maternal health care knowledge, their demands to ma- ternal nutrition, eugenics, maternal and infantile health care, mental health, and postpartum rehabilitation are large, the work of maternal health education should be strengthened.
