摘　　要：本研究建立一种能在基层鸡场使用的快速诊断H9禽流感试验方法(RT-LAMP),对于快速确诊H9禽流感感染,及时采取措施,降低H9禽流感给鸡场带来的经济损失起到了积极作用。试验结果具有重要兽医临床指导意义。In recent years, chicken mass breeding has developed rapidly, with chicken farming scale and the rising number of chickens epidemics is also more and more serious; epidemics become the biggest obstacle of the develop- ment of large-scale farms. H9N2 subtypes bird flu becomes epidemic in one of the most important disease, and caused breeding the financial meltdown. In view of the above reasons, this article establishes a test method （RT - LAMP）, which can be used in basic-level chicken fast diagnosis H9 bird flu.
