摘 要:通过连续三季盆栽试验研究海泡石提高油菜生物量,降低油菜Cd、Pb、Cu、Zn浓度及土壤Cd、Pb、Cu、Zn有效态浓度的效果。结果表明:海泡石在不同程度上提高了三季油菜的生物量,适量的海泡石可降低油菜中Cd、Pb、Cu、Zn浓度及土壤Cd、Pb、Cu、Zn有效态浓度。海泡石降低油菜中重金属浓度效果,第一季,Zn>Pb>Cd>Cu,第二季,Pb>Zn>Cd>Cu,第三季,Zn>Cd>Pb>Cu;降低有效态浓度的效果,第一季,Cd>Cu>Pb>Zn,第二季,Cu>Cd>Zn>Pb,第三季,Pb>Cd>Cu>Zn。因此,海泡石可用于土壤改良,提高油菜生物量,降低油菜中Cd、Pb、Cu、Zn浓度及土壤中Cd、Pb、Cu、Zn有效态浓度。海泡石降低油菜中重金属浓度总效果为Zn>Pb>Cd>Cu;降低土壤重金属有效态浓度总效果为Cd>Cu>Pb>Zn。Based on current situation of heavy metals contamination in China,a pot experiment was conducted for continuous three seasons to investigate the effects of meerschaum in soil with Cd,Pb,Cu,and Zn on improving cole yield,inhibiting uptake of Cd,Pb,Cu and Zn by cole,and decreasing Cd,Pb,Cu and Zn bio-availability concentration in soil.Results showed that meerschaum could significantly improve cole biomass,reduce Cd,Pb,Zn content in cole,and decrease bio-availability of Cd,Pb,Cu,and Zn content in soil.The effect of meerschaum on inhibiting the absorbability of heavy metals in cole was Zn Pb Cd Cu for the first season,Pb Zn Cd Cu for the second season,and Zn Cd Pb Zn for the third season,and on lessening bio-availability concentration of heavy metals in soil was Cd Cu Pb Zn for the first season,Cu Cd Zn Pb for the second season,and Pb Cd Cu Zn for the third season.In a word,meerschaum as amendment could improve the cole yield,and reduce Cd,Pb,Cu,Zn content in cole and bio-availability of Cd,Pb,Cu,Zn concentration in soil.For the experiment,the effect of meerschaum on falling the heavy metals concent in cole was Zn Pb Cd Cu,and on reducing bio-availability of heavy metals concentration in soil was Cd Cu Pb Zn.
