保留皮肤大汗腺剥脱术治疗复发性腋臭的临床探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨复发性腋臭手术治疗方式。方法对2004年3月至2011年3月间144例198侧腋臭复发原因进行回顾性分析。结果针对不同复发原因和病理性组织改变采用相应的保留皮肤微创手术方法进行治疗,198侧中,腋下皮瓣存活良好、切口愈合良好,瘢痕不明显。腋下散在表皮坏死5例;血清肿1例;无异味残留、局部感染及上肢功能障碍。结论对于复发性腋臭行保留皮肤微创大汗腺剥脱术仍是首选方法。Objective To investigate the surgical method.in the treatment of relapsing bromhidrosis.Methods The reason of relapse in 144 cases（198 sides） was investigated and analyzed from March 2004 to March 2011.Results The corresponding surgery method of remaining skin with apocrine glands removal was used according to the different reasons of relapse and pathological tissue change.Of the 144 cases（198 sides）,a satisfactory result was obtained with incisions healed primarily,skin flaps survival and unconspicuous scar.5 cases with partial epidermal necrosis and 1 case with seroma were found,and there was no case with abnormal flavour,local infection and upper limb disorder.Conclusion Remaining skin with apocrine glands removal is still the capital method in the treatment of relapsing bromhidrosis.
