摘  要:基于JCI标准的PDCA循环管理以持续质量改进为基础,在ICU人力资源管理中的应用包括人力资源数量的保证、人力资源质量的保证和人力资源的科学运用,在ICU护理服务中的应用包括创建优美环境并提供优质护理服务项目和注重细节提供优质护理服务。通过转变工作模式,合理人力资源配置,提供优质护理服务,提升了医院及科室的品质和社会声誉,实现了规范化管理,增强了团队的凝聚力、提高了护理服务质量,护理质量稳中有升,最终提高了患者的满意度。The JCI-based PDCA cycle makes continued quality improvement its cornerstone. Its use in ICU human resource management consists of assurance of HR quantity, assurance of HR quality, and scientific use of human resources. Its application in ICU nursing care consists of creating excellent environment and providing high quality nursing items, with emphasis on quality nursing service in detail. Conversion of working mode, rationalized HR deployment, high quality nursing care, all contribute to raising the quality and social reputation of the hospital and the department, to standardized management, enhanced teamwork, better nursing care quality,and to higher satisfaction of the patients in the end.
