摘　　要：针对科技项目管理的业务流程特点,基于Web2.0技术,结合J2EE架构开发科技项目管理系统,实现科技项目的计划编制、申报、受理、评审、立项、跟踪监督及结题验收的全程信息化管理。This paper analyzes the characteristics of the process of technology project management,based on the combination ofWeb2.0 technologies and J2EE architecture,develops a management system for technology project to achieve the purpose of comprehensive information management,including planning,application,review,monitoring,acceptance,and other phases.
