摘　　要：农村文化"荒漠化"的现象普遍存在,已成为制约广东省"幸福广东"的构建和农村经济社会协调发展的障碍。文章立足于广东新农村的文化服务人群需求、内容需求及手段需求的综合分析,积极探索广东新农村文化建设对策和途径。The phenomenon of rural culture ＂desertification＂ is widespread,has seriously hampered the ＂Happy Guangdong＂ Building and the rural economy and social coordinated development.The article provides the comprehensive analysis on requirements of Crowd,service content and service means to explore the strategies and ways for cultural construction in rural areas of Guangdong.
