摘　　要：手机图书馆是数字图书馆的一个分支,因其便携性、互动性、即时性而备受青睐。3G通讯技术的应用和3G智能手机功能的日益强大,为手机图书馆的建设提供了良好的技术基础,手机图书馆迎来了快速发展的时代。在介绍手机图书馆的国内外服务现状的基础上,分析手机图书馆的优势,就手机图书馆建设的可行性进行剖析,旨在寻求加强手机图书馆建设的渠道。Phone library is a branch of Digital Library,which draw great attentions due to its portability,instructiveness and instantaneity.The application of 3G technology and the increasing power of 3G smart phone laid a foundation for the development of phone library,which is at the age of rapid developing.The article is based on the current situation of services of phone library in domestic and overseas market.Analyze the advantages and feasibility of phone library and aim to enforce the way of phone library construction.
