摘　　要：采用文献资料法、调查法和逻辑分析法。主要结论:实施项目带动战略,以项目促进发展;打造沿海运动休闲产业带和创建海峡西岸体育赛事中心城市的战略布局;整合闽西、闽北、闽东丰富的生态体育旅游资源;发挥福建特色旅游优势,扩大体育旅游市场。By using the method of literature,investigation and logic analysis.The main conclusion： executive project drives the strategy to promote the development,project;to build coastal sports leisure industry belt on the west side of the Straits and create a sports center in the city of strategic layout;Fujian on the west,North Fujian,the integration of the rich ecological sports tourism resources;play Fujian characteristic tourism advantages,expand the market of sport tourism.
