日本青少年足球发展策略对中国足球发展的启示

摘　　要：从日本青少年足球发展策略的角度分析日本足球迅速崛起的原因,认为与学校系统的紧密合作,大力推进教练员培训,三位一体的普及强化体系以及青少年足球与J联赛接轨方面采取的诸多措施是日本足球称霸亚洲的重要原因。提出中国足球的发展必须扎实做好青少年足球的推广,并就大力推广校园足球、积极推进教练员和裁判员专业培训、改革业余体校,建立训练中心制度和青少年足球培养理念等方面提出相应建议。From the angle of Japanese youth football development strategy,the paper analysises reasons of the rapid rise of Japan football,think that the close cooperation with school system,promoting training of coach,strengthening the system and the popularity of the trinity juvenile football and many of the measures taken in J league standards are the important reasons for Japan football seek hegemony in Asian.Put forward that the development of the Chinese football must be solid to the promotion of youth football,and also put forward corresponding proposals on promoting the campus football,actively promoting the coaches and referees professional training,reforming amateur sports schools,establishing training center system and youth football training concept.
