藤麻调脂饮合穴位埋线治疗高脂血症的临床研究

摘　　要：【目的】观察中药颗粒藤麻调脂饮合穴位埋线治疗高脂血症患者的临床疗效。【方法】将140例高脂血症患者按就诊顺序随机分为药线组、中药组、埋线组、西药组(氟伐他汀胶囊)各35例进行疗效对照观察。【结果】(1)经3个月治疗后,中药加埋线的治疗效果优于其他3种治疗方法,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)治疗后,4组患者的胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)值均显著下降,与治疗前比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后中药结合埋线对TC值的改善作用优于其他3种方法,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而其他3组间比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后4组间的TG值比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),说明4种方法对降低TG值的疗效相当。(3)治疗后除西药组4例出现肝功能异常外,其他各组均未发现肝肾功能异常者。【结论】中药颗粒藤麻调脂饮结合穴位埋线治疗高脂血症患者,具有疗效确切、副作用少的优点,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Tengma Tiaozhi Decoction（TTD） combined with acupoint catgut-embedding therapy in treating hyperlipemia.Methods One hundred and forty hyperlipemia patients were equally randomized into four groups according to the admission order,i.e.,combination treatment group,herbal medicine group,catgut-embedding group and western medicine group.The therapeutic effect was evaluated after treatment.Results After treatment for 3 months,the therapeutic effect in the combination treatment group was superior to that in the other three groups（P0.05）,but the difference was insignificant between the three groups（P0.05）.Triglyceride（TG） and total cholesterol（TC） levels in the four groups decreased after treatment（P0.05 compared with those before treatment）,and the improvement of TC in the combination group was superior to that in the other three groups（P0.05）.The difference of TG was insignificant between the four groups after treatment（P0.05）.Hepatic function was abnormal in 4 patients of western medicine group,and no adverse reaction occurred in other 3 groups.Conclusion Tengma Tiaozhi Decoction combined with acupoint catgut-embedding therapy is effective and safe in treating hyperlipemia.
