摘  要:【目的】建立显脉香茶菜中odonicin含量的高效液相色谱仪测定方法。【方法】采用Diamonsil C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇—水(体积比为60∶40);体积流量:1 mL/min;检测波长:227 nm;柱温25℃;分析时间为30 min。【结果】odonicin在10.3~412.0μg/mL之间线性关系良好,平均回收率为99.81%,sR=1.73%。【结论】该方法灵敏、简便、准确、分离度好,其他成分无干扰,可用于显脉香茶菜药材中odonicin的含量测定。Objective To develop high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) method for the determination of odonicin in Rabdosia nervosa(Hems1.) C.Y.Wu et H.W.Li.Methods All of reference substances and samples were separated with the mobile phase of methanol-water(volume ratio being 60∶ 40) with isocratic elution for 30 min on a Diamonsil C18 chromatographic column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm).The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min,the detection wavelength was 227 nm,and the column temperature was 25℃.Results The linearity of odonicin was good in the range of 10.3-412.0 μg/mL,r=0.999 9,and its average recovery rate was 99.81%(RSD=1.73%).Conclusion The established method is simple,sensitive and accurate,and is suitable for quantitative determination of odonicin in Rabdosia nervosa.
