摘　　要：目的:建立高效液相色谱-蒸发光散射检测器法测定妥布霉素的有关物质。方法:采用Phenomenex-Gemi-ni C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)色谱柱,以0.2 mol/L三氟醋酸(TFA)为流动相,流速为0.4 ml/min,柱温为30℃,漂移管温度110℃,载气流量为3.0 L/min。结果:有关物质卡那霉素B与妥布霉素保留时间最为接近,二者能完全分离,分离度为1.61。结论:方法专属性好,可用于妥布霉素有关物质的测定。Objective：Todetermine related substances in tobramycin by HPLC-ELSD.Methods：The determination was performed on a C18（250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm）column,Phenomenex-Gemini was applied as stationary phase and 0.2 mol/L Trifluoroacetic as the flow.The flow rate was 0.4 ml/min and the column temperature was 30 ℃.The drift tube temperature was 110 ℃ and the flow rate of nebulizing gas was 3.0 L/min.Results：Tobramycin and its related substance were completely separated and the resolution was 1.6.Conclusion：The method is proved to be specific and can be used for the determination of tobramycin and its related substances.
