摘　　要：半敞开式液氯包装厂房不能有效控制、吸收泄漏氯气,通过技术改造后,把泄漏氯气控制在密闭厂房内,并通过管道,利用风机抽吸至无害化事故氯系统吸收。The semi-open type of liquid chlorine packaging plants could not effectively control and absorb the leakage of chlorine.Through transformation,control of the chlorine leak in a confined within the plant,and through the pipe,the use of suction fan system to absorb the chlorine harmless accident.
