摘　　要：伴随着我国老龄化进程的不断加速,老年人的健康问题日益引起学者和相关政策制定者的关注。利用实地调查数据资料,描述了老年人自评健康的状况及其影响因素,采用logit模型,分析了个人基本特征、家庭环境特征、社会经济特征以及疾病和就医特征四个层面对老年人自评健康状况的影响,并进一步比较了不同年龄段老年人自评健康的差异。研究发现,老年人自评健康状况受到社会保障、收入、就医习惯等方面的显著影响。基于研究结论,提出了健全我国医疗保险制度等政策建议。With our aging process has been accelerating,old people health problems arousing more and more scholars and relevant policy makers attention.Using field survey data material,describes the elderly self-perceived health conditions and the influencing factors,and using logit model analyzed personal basic characteristics,family environment characteristics,social and economic characteristics and disease and medical features four levels for the influence of the elderly self-perceived health status,and further compares the elderly self-perceived health differences between different age paragraph.Study found that elderly self-perceived health will be significantly influenced by social security,urban and rural,treatment habits and so on.Based on the above research conclusion,puts forward some policy suggestions,such as perfect our country＇s medical insurance system.
