摘　　要：基于我国公务员的住房现状、问题的制度原因,提出廉政促进型公务员住房保障制度的政策构想:针对不同级别公务员建立分类分层的住房保障体系;实行期权型公务员住房保障制度等。By analyzing the Chinese housing security policy for civil servant and finding out its main problems and contradictions,the paper try to construct a new,independent and efficient housing security policy for civil servant,such as the establishment of a hierarchical classification of the housing security system for civil servants at different levels;the implementation of option-oriented civil service housing security system.By this way,the housing security system for civil servant can make great contribution to build a clean and honest government in the new era.
