摘 要:建立物联网(Internet of things)环境下电子政务绩效评估的层次结构模型,提出一种基于三角模糊层次分析法(Triangular Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process)的物联网电子政务绩效评估方法,降低人为因素对评估效果的影响。对影响物联网电子政务绩效各个因素的相对重要性进行评价,根据专家策略得出模糊判断矩阵,进而采用三角模糊层次分析法对物联网电子政务绩效进行综合分析。在评估主体的选择上,引入第三方、民众和上级部门共同作为评估主体,克服了传统电子政务绩效评估的不足,为物联网电子政务的进一步开展提供了合理依据。A hierarchical structure model for assessing e-government performance in the Internet of things is constructed,an assessment method for assessing e-government performance in the Internet of things based on Triangular Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Proces is put forward,and influence from human factors to assessment results is reduced.Relative importance of each factor in influencing e-government performance in the Internet of things is assessed,a fuzzy judgment matrix according to expert strategy is concluded,and comprehensive analysis to e-government performance in the Internet of things under Triangular Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Proces is conducted.Third party,populace and superior department are introduced as assessment subject,and disadvantages in traditional e-government performance assessment are overcome,thus providing reasonable evidence for further conduction of e-government in the Internet of things.
