摘 要:采用定量分析、复鞣革样性能测定有X-射线衍射分析、扫描电镜观察等方法,研究了乙烯基类聚合物 鞣剂与皮胶原的相互作用机理,提出了多点氢键结合、电价键结合、配位交联结合及互穿网络交联结合 的机理模型,指出乙烯基类聚合物鞣剂与皮胶原相互作用后产生的鞣制效应是多点氢键结合、电价键 结合、配位交联结合及互穿网络交联结合等多种结合形式协同作用的表现。多点氢键结合、电价键结合 及配位交联结合,使乙烯基聚合物鞣剂与皮胶原有一定量的结合,使革样的收缩温度增加,耐湿热稳定 性提高,此结合能不同程度地经受强烈振荡条件下的水洗、1∶1丙酮水溶液洗涤及稀碱液的洗涤;互穿 网络交联结合使复鞣革样的胶原纤维得到松散,细纤维及原纤维间距变大,胶原分子的统计平均间距 变长,革样的丰满性增加、断裂伸长率提高、抗张强度下降。The interaction mechanism of the vinyl polymer tanning agents with skin collagen has been investigated by means of quantitative analysis about the combining weight of tanning agent, property determination for the retanned leather samples and SEM (Scanning Electron Microscope), X-ray diffraction detec tion. It has been found that the tanning effects produced by the vinyl polymer tanning agents are the re sults of coordinated action by means of poly-hydrogen bonds, ionic bonds, coordination linking bonds and interpenetrating network crosslinking between the tanning agents and skin collagen. The combina tion by the poly - hydrogen bonds, ionic bonds and coordination linking bonds between vinyl polymer tanning agents and skin collagen is able to increase the shrinking temperature of retanned leather sam ples, and the combination is endurable to wash with water, acetone solution (1∶1), and diluted alkali solution (0.5%Na_2CO_3) in different extents under vigorous stirring. The combination of the interpene trating network crosslinking between vinyl polymer tanning agents and skin collagen can make the col lagen fibrils of retanned leather samples get dispersion, the distance of primitivefibers or fibrils and the statistical average distance of collagen molecular chains get long, the fullness and the elongation at break of retanned leather samples get increase, and the tensile strength of retanned leather samples get de crease.
