摘  要:通过春夏两季对贵蚕8号原蚕的饲养比较,结果显示:原蚕中系茧质优,叶丝转化率高,日系幼虫期的抗性比中系强,且健蛹羽化率明显高于中系。贵蚕8号的原种繁育特点,中系应以丝质选择为重点,对环境、叶质的要求高;而日系原蚕的繁育,对环境、叶质的要求低,在较高温度下繁育,更有利于巩固其抗高温的特性。对交原种的卵、蚕、蛹、蛾各阶段的发育进度基本一致。发蛾调节较容易,无须在饲养前调整出库日差。The comparison of rearing Guican 8 original silkworm in spring and summer was conducted. The results showed that the silkworm of China origin produced superior cocoon, and had a high conversion rate of leaf to silk. While the silkworm of Japan origin had a better disease--resistance quality and obviously higher eclosion rate than that of China origin. The reproduction features of Guican 8 original silkworm are concluded as : the silk- worm of China origin should focus on silkworm quality, and require better environment and good leaf quality; while the silkworm of Japan origin has a reverse requirement, and the production in higher temperature is more beneficial to enhancing its feature of high-temperature resistance. The growth progress of silkworm of both ori- gins at each stage is basically the same. The regulation of moth appearance is easier, and it's unnecessary to adjust the daily variation before rearing.
