摘　　要：棒材厂二轧车间在Ф16mm规格双切分工艺生产基础上,开发研究Ф14mm规格三切分工艺。精轧采用无槽-立箱-预切-切分-椭圆-成品孔型,合理分配压下量,根据料型配置进出口导卫。通过试生产的不断改进,实现了规模化生产,取得了良好经济效益。On the base of the production of 16mm corrugated bar by 2-times slitting rolling in the No.2 rolling workshop of the bar plant in Laigang, the 3-times slitting rolling process of 14mm bar was developed. The non-groove-vertical box-pre-slitting-slitting-ellipse-finishing pass design in the finishing rolling was adopted, the reduction was properly distributed and the guides at entrance and exit were furnished according to the feed type. Through the constant improvement of trial production, the scale production was realized and the good economic benefits were obtained.
