摘 要:近年来风偏事故的频繁发生致使输电线路经常停运,严重影响了电网的安全运行。因此一些学者经过分析认为:在输电线路设计时,风偏角计算中不考虑风的动力特性,即风荷载调整系数取值为1是不合理的。针对上述问题利用有限元软件对不同风速、不同档距下的悬垂绝缘子串的风偏角进行时程分析,并在风偏角计算公式中引入风荷载调整系数,结合有限元分析的结果给出风荷载调整系数在不同风速和不同档距下的取值,为输电线路的设计提供参考。In recent years, wind leaning accidents resulting transmission line outages occur frequently, it seriously affects safety operation of power grid. After analysis some scholars concluded that: characteristics of wind power has not been taken into account when doing wind angle calculation, that is, wind load adjustment factor value of 1 is unreasonable. Based on issues mentioned above, time history analysis to windage yaw angle of suspension insulator string has been implemented under different wind speed and different span by using finite element method (FEM) software, and also, wind loads adjustment factor has been introduced in wind angle calculating formula. In combination with results of finite element analysis, values of wind load adjustment factor will be gained under different wind speeds and different span, provide a reference for design of transmission power lines.
