摘　　要：山西同华发电有限公司轩岗发电厂660MW机组的高压调节阀开启至15%位置处时拒绝动作,分析认为阀门在此位置处卡涩。提出将阀门开启顺序由"1号+2号"→3号→4号更改为"1号+3号"→2号→4号的处理方案,并对现场实施效果进行了分析,认为该处理方式可以在短时期内保证机组的安全稳定运行。High-pressure regulating valve of 660 MW units in Xuangang Power Plant, Shanxi Tonghua Power Generation Co.,Ltd. failures to open in 15% position. We analyze that valve jams in this position. We suggest a treatment options that valve opened order ＂No.l＋No.2＂ →No.3→No.4 is changed to ＂No.l＋No.3＂→No.2→No.4, and make analysis on its implementation effects. We think this treatment can ensure power unit a safe and stable operation in short term.
