摘　　要：辐射容易对人的免疫系统、造血系统和生殖系统产生损伤。常用的含硫辐射防护剂毒副作用较大,通常只有在受到辐射前服用才会产生作用。近年研究发现,天然产物中的活性成分黄酮类、多糖类和皂苷类等对受到辐射的动物和人细胞具有良好的防护作用。本文通过查阅近年的相关文献资料,总结了天然活性成分抗辐射作用的研究进展。Radiation is prone to cause damage to the human immune system, hematopoietic system and reproductive sys- tem. Sulfur-containing radiation protective agents have side effects,and can only produce curative effects administrated before radiation. In recent years, flavonoids,polysaccharides,saponins and other natural active components from natural products are proved to have radioprotective effects on animal and human cells. In this paper, the advances in research on radioprotective effects of natural active components were reviewed.
