摘　　要：目的:探讨医疗保险付费模式的改革对医院药学的影响,提出医院药学适应付费模式改革的发展方向。方法:描述我国医疗保险付费模式改革的主要内容和发展趋势,阐述付费模式改革对医院药品使用的影响。结果:付费模式改革能够降低医疗费用过快增长的速度,对医院药品使用、医师用药习惯等方面产生影响。结论:医院药学要适应国家付费模式改革,在降低医疗费用的前提下,为病人提供安全、有效、经济的药疗服务。Objective： To explore the influence of payment mode reform of medical insurance on hospital pharmacy and put forward the development direction of hospital pharmacy. Methods： The present situation, development trend and influence of payment mode reform of medical insurance on the drug use in hospital were described. Results： The payment mode reform could reduce the rapid increase in medical spending, and influence the drug use in hospital and prescription custom of the doctors. Conclusion： Hospital pharmacy should adapt to payment mode reform and provide safe, effective and economic pharmaceutical cares to patients under the premise of reducing the medical spending.
