摘　　要：目的观察子宫内膜异位症(endometriosis,EMS)腹腔液中血管内皮生长因子(vascular endothelial cellgrowth factor,VEGF)和卵巢癌抗原(CA125)水平变化情况,探讨其临床意义。方法采用酶联免疫法和放射免疫法检测术后病理确诊的EMS 20例(EMS组)和同期手术的子宫肌瘤26例(对照组)腹腔液中VEGF和CA125水平。结果 EMS组腹腔液中VEGF和CA125水平均高于对照组(P<0.05);EMS组增生期VEGF水平高于分泌期(P<0.05),CA125水平无周期性变化(P>0.05);对照组VEGF和CA125水平均无周期性变化(P>0.05);增生期VEGF和CA125水平EMS组均显著高于对照组(P<0.01);分泌期VEGF和CA125水平两组比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 EMS腹腔液中VEGF和CA125水平升高,与EMS的发生发展密切相关。Objective To explore the clinical significance of vascular endothelial growth factor（VEGF） and CA125 levels in peritoneal fluid of patients with endometriosis.Methods VEGF and CA125 levels in peritoneal fluids collected from 20 patients with endometriosis（EMS group） and 26 patients with non-endometriosis serving as controls were detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay（ELISA） and radio immunoassay.Results VEGF and CA125 levels in peritoneal fluid of patients with EMS group were significantly higher than those in the control group（P0.05）.During the menstrual cycle,VEGF levels in proliferative phase in the EMS group were significantly higher than those in secretory phase（P0.05）,and no significant differences in CA125 were detected between proliferative and secretory phases（P0.05）.There were no significant differences in VEGF or CA125 levels between the proliferative and secretory phase in the control group（P0.05）.During proliferative phase,the level of VEGF and CA125 in EMS group was higher than that in the control group（P0.01）,but in secretory phase,there was no significant of VEGF and CA125 between the two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion The increase of VEGF and CA125 levels in peritoneal fluid of patients with endometriosis indicates the disease progress.
