体部γ-刀立体定向放疗治疗晚期胰腺癌127例效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨体部γ-刀立体定向放疗治疗晚期胰腺癌的姑息效果。方法对127例Ⅲ～Ⅳ期胰腺癌行体部γ-刀立体定向放疗治疗,同时给予对症支持治疗。治疗后3～6个月复查CT,观察肿瘤消退情况。结果本组总有效率为65.35%,临床获益率为82.68%。所有患者均获得随访,中位生存时间7个月,1、2、3年生存率分别为22.22%、8.57%、2.50%。结论采用体部γ-刀立体定向放疗治疗Ⅲ～Ⅳ期胰腺癌,肿瘤局部照射剂量高,保护周围正常组织,疗程短,放射反应轻,患者耐受性好,姑息效果满意,是晚期胰腺癌姑息治疗的最佳选择。Objective To evaluate the efficacy of wholebody γ-knife in advanced pancreatic adenocarcinoma.Methods 127 patients in stages of Ⅲ and Ⅳ of pancreatic adenocarcinoma received wholebody γ-knife radiotherapy and symptomatic treatment.The patients were followed up in 3-6 months with CT scan for the tumor size.Results The overall efficacy was 65.35% and the clinical benefit rate was 82.68%.All the patients were followed up.MST was 7 months.The survival rate of 1,2 and 3 years was 22.22%,8.57% and 2.50%,respectively.Conclusion Wholebody γ-knife radiotherapy,which has advantages of higher dose in gross and less damage in OAR,as well as better efficacy and tolerance,is one of best therapy choices for advanced pancreatic adenocarcinoma.
