清代韩江水患严重的社会因素探析

摘　　要：清代是潮州历史上水灾最为严重的时期,究其原因,固然有气候、地形、地势、降水等诸多自然因素,但很多人为因素也是造成水患严重的重要原因。该文从韩江流域社会经济发展及社会事件的影响等方面分析清代韩江水患严重的社会因素。The Qing Dynasty witnesses the most serious floods in Chaozhou’s history.There are many natural causes for this phenomenon,such as the climate,the topography,and the rainfall.However,man-made factors are also the important reasons for that.This paper offers an analysis of all these social factors from an angle of effects of both social economic development and social affairs in Han River basin.
