摘　　要：运用元数据管理方法设计了基于数据挖掘的临床医疗数据分析系统,并将该系统应用于胃癌术后复发的危险因素分析。实验结果表明,胃癌术后复发危险因素有胃切除、家族遗传、术后化疗。通过元数据管理和weka软件平台,使分析系统具有了扩展性和可视化性。With metadata management technique,a clinical data analysis system is designed based on data mining.The system is applied to the analysis of recurrence risk factors of gastric cancer.Experimental results show that factors include gastric resection,family history,and postoperative chemotherapy.Through metadata management and weka software platform,the analytical system can be extended and visualized.
